Customer Service Representative Position Overview The customer services representative position is responsible for entering sales orders and invoicing through QuickBooks and assisting customers in store and over the phone. This position is part-time with hours from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. General Responsibilities o Informs customers of prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer. o Writes or types job tickets, or enters data into QuickBooks for sales.
