As the Office Manager you are responsible for supervision of the Program Coordinators, Office Assistants, Clerical Support and developing ways to improve efficiency, keep the program/office functional, and maintain an organized and pleasant working environment for associates and persons served or employees.
You will:
Work with a team to solve problems in the office.
Provide supervision to Office Assistants and Clerical Support.
Provide supervision to Program Coordinators in conjunction with the Regional Director/Assistant Regional Director.
Provide assistance with the onboarding process for new associates and ensure new hires are scheduled to attend New Hire Orientation.
Ensure new hire I-9 information is collected within 3 days of hire and entered into the human resources information system (HRIS).
Assist Program Coordinators with managing associate staffing events and changes for associates within the human resources information system (HRIS).
Assist new associates in accessing email address and Relias Training.
Maintain tracking databases to ensure the organization has current copies of associate's vehicle insurance, driver's license, and other required documentation.
We think you'd be great for this role if you have:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associates Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
One year of clerical experience in a related field preferred.
Two years of supervisory experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
