Customer Service Representative
Position Overview
The customer services representative position is responsible for entering sales orders and invoicing through QuickBooks and assisting customers in store and over the phone. This position is part-time with hours from 11:
00 am - 4:
00 pm, Monday through Friday.
General Responsibilities
o Informs customers of prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer.
o Writes or types job tickets, or enters data into QuickBooks for sales orders, invoices sales orders once job has been completed.
o Must be able to help customers with literature orders. Must be able to help customers with printing department orders. Must be able to help customers with in store products. Develop a basic knowledge of literature and printing products offered.
o File copies of completed job tickets and sales orders.
o Notify customers when a job is completed.
o Print and mail customer states monthly.
o Must be able to complete sales with a customer. Must be able to make change.
o Other duties related to customer service position not specified.
Qualifications
o Education:
High school diploma or GED diploma.
o Customer/Client Focus.
o Flexibility.
o Teamwork Capacity.
o Communication Proficiency, including good phone skills.
o Microsoft Office Proficiency.
o Quickbooks Experience Preferred.
o Must be able to pass drug screening.
o Must be eligible to work in the United States.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
