Dir Facilities

Job Description Summary: The Director of Facilities will acts as the main point of contact for all day-to-day facilities activities and be responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting for the corporate facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. . Provide leadership and direction to facility maintenance, energy/infrastructure reduction programs, facility retro-commissioning, site security, environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, operational safety, and regulatory compliance. . Oversee day-to-day facilities responsibilities including mailroom, shipping/receiving activities, and cleaning. . Develop facility space allocation programs to ensure maximum facility utilization, and oversee all employee allocations and moves within and between facilities. . Develops, establishes, and maintains programs, policies, processes, and procedures ensuring that facilities and property administration conform to established standards and company guidelines. . Manage Service Providers ongoing maintenance standards, quality and costs to ensure delivery is as contracted and is appropriate. . Oversee all construction coordination, equipment, and furniture including government inspections, off-site storage, applicable city planning, and contractor management. . Develop and implement company security, safety, and emergency response policies, procedures, and communication plans. . Oversee all applicable compliance reporting. Bachelor.s degree in required . Minimum 5-10 years of experience in facilities management . Understanding of buildings and systems and the complex nature of their operation . Extensive knowledge of building construction, repair and maintenance. . Ability to implement and control facilities management programs and activities. . The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
