ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
Collects, compiles and tracks date and statistical information. Prepares correspondence, ensuring grammar, format, spelling and punctuation are correct. Responsible for setting up meetings; reserving rooms, ordering equipment, reproducing materials, and tracks attendance. Using automated systems, produces memos, letters, forms, narrative reports, meeting minutes. Establishes and maintains internal files in accordance with established procedures. TIMEKEEPING DUTIES:
Responsible for ensuring timely accurate time cards in an automated system. Coordinates with payroll personnel to resolve issues. Responsible for entering tours of duty. Ensures proper documentation for special leave requests is available for audit. Work Schedule:

For the GS-5 position, per 5 CFR 300.604, Advancement to positions up to GS-5. Candidates may be advanced without time restriction to positions up to GS-5 if the position to be filled is no more than two grades above the lowest grade the employee held within the preceding 52 weeks under his or her latest non-temporary competitive appointment. Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-04 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to:
using automated systems to process documents, enter and retrieve data on a spreadsheet, ability to produce correspondence, reports, charts and tables, and tracking time and attendance (timekeeping) using an automated system. OR, Education:
Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have 4 years of education beyond high school (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED). OR, Combination:
Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have an combination of specialized experience and education beyond the first 60 semester hour of college (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED). You will be rated on the following Competencies for this position:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
